DEVELOPING YOUR EXECUTIVE PRESENCE… WHILE REMAINING TRUE TO YOURSELF
What separates an effective leader from an ineffective one?
The truth is that your opinion about your own abilities doesn’t matter much. Instead, it all boils down to how you are perceived by your peers as well as your team. In today’s marketplace, the more you understand how others perceive you, the better you can communicate, sell, and, of course, lead.
If you want to increase your bottom line, improve your company’s culture and experience long term career growth, you must develop Executive Presence. But, what is it exactly?
WHAT IS EXECUTIVE PRESENCE?
Executive Presence is that often intangible ‘it’ factor leaders convey while interacting with others, whether in formal or informal environments, in all modes of communication, and in all settings. With Executive Presence, you can seamlessly fit into any environment while still maintaining and exhibiting a strong sense of self. Executive Presence can, and should be, learned by leaders at all levels.
And don’t make the mistake of assuming that EP is just about looking perfect or fitting into a mold. Instead, at The Global Executive, we’ve developed a cutting edge EP model that draws from psychology, leadership development and the performing arts. We have come up with 7 qualities of Executive Presence that are universal – and yes… they can be learned.
Our Executive Presence Program has an undeniable track record. 100% of 650 graduates have reported that their confidence improved, they were less self-conscious asking for referrals and making presentations. Many reported their business development activities improved significantly.
WHY OUR EP PROGRAM IS DIFFERENT
At the Global Executive, we do not believe in lectures or a cookie-cutter approach. Instead, we custom build training drawing from various modalities to give you an experiential taste of how to communicate your strengths, possess authentic self-confidence, and still adapt to any situation. You’ll work with trained professionals from psychology, the performing arts, and business to develop your own Executive Presence skills first hand.
Plus, our process is experiential. You’ll learn specific EP skills, have the opportunity to test them out (while being recorded) then get constructive feedback from our team while also being able to evaluate yourself based on what you see and how it felt for you.
In today’s Global environment, you must be able to adapt quickly and display strong leadership skills to guarantee personal fulfillment and professional mobility. Executive Presence is the skill to take you there.
